Interlink Adds SaaS eSignatures to its
eSign Anywhere™ Platform with IntegriSign® Express

IntegriSign Express accelerates the deployment
of electronic signature technology and expedites business transactions.

Camarillo, California, December, 8, 2008 ― Interlink Electronics, Inc. [OTC:LINK.PK], the trusted provider for legally-binding esignature solutions, adds IntegriSign® Express ― Software as a Service (SaaS) ― to its eSign Anywhere™ platform. IntegriSign Express enables organizations to immediately deploy e-signature technology and eliminate the inefficient email-print-sign-fax process triggered by the need for a signature. Users can open an IntegriSign Express account at the following URL: www.integrisignexpress.com.  NetSuite CRM+ customers wanting to add IntegriSign Express functionality to their account should access: www.integrisignexpress.com/netsuite.

“IntegriSign Express gives our customers the option to implement electronic signing of documents as a service,” explains Mr. Rod Vesling, Senior Vice President and Officer for eTransactions at Interlink Electronics. “According to recent research, the cost advantages of cloud computing are fueling adoption. The demand for IntegriSign Express echoes these findings. Our customers asked Interlink for an electronic signature solution that is both secure and quick to deploy.”

The technology behind IntegriSign Express makes it a fast, simple, secure way to affix esignatures to documents. IntegriSign Express is designed to remove the costs and tiresome manual steps triggered by the need for a wet-ink signature on printed documents such as non-disclosure agreements, estimates, and contracts. A hosted solution, IntegriSign Express can also be seamlessly integrated within a third-party, web-based application.

eSign with IntegriSign® Express
An IntegriSign Express esigning process is completed in four simple steps:

  1. Send Email. Using the intuitive IntegriSign Express interface, the originator of the esigning process sends an email invitation to the signatories.
  2. Capture eSignature. The signatories receive an email notification which includes a link to IntegriSign Express where the document is read and esigned.
  3. Receive PDF Copy. A PDF copy of the esigned document is sent to everyone involved in the process.
  4. Store PDF. The esigned PDF can be archived or routed electronically for continued processing.
