Chrysler FinancialApplication: Remarketing & eContracting In 2006, Chrysler Financial adopted Interlink’s technology for remarketing applications. Interlink’s IntegriSign esignature software and ePad-ink are used by Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships to e-sign Chrysler Financial lease termination documents. The new e-process eliminates up to 25 days from the previously paper-based customer final billing process. It also allows vehicles to be moved to dealer auction more quickly. In addition to remarketing applications, Chrysler Financial has integrated the Interlink ePad-ink and IntegriSign software for expediting eContracting in the F&I office as well. |

Ford Credit CorporationApplication: Remarketing Ford Credit Corporation was the first of the Big 4 to implement esignatures at the dealership. By esigning end-of-lease documents, cars are now put back into inventory within three days, a significant improvement over the previous 21-day paper process. 5,000 Ford US locations are currently esigning and the solution has been expanded to Volvo and to Ford Credit Corporation’s European operation. |

Lloyds TSB (Black Horse Finance)Application: eContracting Lloyds TSB’s asset finance division, known as Black Horse Finance, is using Interlink’s esignature technology to expedite the auto loan process. Thousands of dealers in the UK are currently using the Interlink ePad-ink to capture customer signatures on automotive loan approval documents. eSigned forms are sent electronically to Lloyds TSB for faster processing of the loan and funding of dealer commissions. |

Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Application: Remarketing At Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation end-of-lease documents are signed electronically. By eliminating the need for a wet-ink signature, Nissan can remarket its vehicles more quickly, which results in better inventory turn-over. |
