IntegriSign® Express, an on-demand esignature solution, joins Interlink’s eSign Anywhere™ Platform. An IntegriSign Express e-signing process is completed in four simple steps:
- Send eMail. Using the intuitive IntegriSign Express interface, the originator of the e-signing process sends an email invitation to the signatories.
- Capture eSignature. The signatories receive an email notification which includes a link to IntegriSign Express where the document is read and e-signed.
- Receive PDF Copy. A PDF copy of the e-signed document is sent to everyone involved in the process.
- Store PDF. The e-signed PDF can be archived or routed electronically for continued processing.
IntegriSign Express is seamlessly integrated within NetSuite® –
a Web-based business applications provider. NetSuite’s sales organization uses IntegriSign Express to quickly and easily manage their e-signing processes. In turn, NetSuite customers can activate the esignature functionality within their own NetSuite account and be e-signing in a matter of minutes.

Buy vs. Build: Address Immediate Needs,
But Think Long-Term |

After seeing the advantages of electronic signatures, many companies next address whether to buy or build their esignature solution. The general consensus, as InfoWorld Magazine succinctly put it, is: “Buy when you need to automate commodity business processes; build when you’re dealing with the core processes that differentiate your company.”
