Long Term Disability. Interlink Electronics employees can receive up to 67% of their monthly earnings if they become ill and are unable to work for a prolonged period of time.  Interlink Electronics pays 100% of the “core” benefit, which is 60% of an employees monthly earnings.  Employees may elect to increase this benefit to the full 67%.

401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan. Interlink Electronics employees may participate in our 401(k) plan after only 90 days of employment.  Employees can pay up to 16% of their salaries as pre-tax dollars into their 401(k) retirement account.  Interlink will match these contribution 50 cents on the dollar up to a total annual contribution of $500.00.  All contributions are vested immediately.   

125c Flex Plan. Interlink Electronics offers a Section 125 plan, which are commonly known as flexible spending accounts.  This plan allows our employees to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for any out-of-pocket medical expense and dependent care expenses.
