Engineer Intern / Co-Op Electrical/Software

Overview
Interlink is seeking a college engineering student for an intern or Co-Op position. The student will learn and assist with the circuit integration of FSR sensors into various customer and R&D applications by writing software and firmware.
Experience
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an engineering or computer science degree program to obtain a bachelors degree. Experience and knowledge of programming microcontrollers in embedded C is required. Experience and knowledge of programming in Labview is also greatly desired. The student must also demonstrate academic excellence, initiative, organization, communication skills and the desire to problem solve.
Main duties And Responsibilities

- Able and willing to work 24-40 hours per week
Qualifications & Skills:
- Enrolled in a engineering or computer science degree or transfer program
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Computer skills using Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- General knowledge of electrical circuit theory a plus
Learning Experience:
The student will experience engineering product development along with learning and improving embedded programming and Labview skills.
