Our benefits package includes a wide range of programs, as well as a number of add-on options. Some benefits, including social security, workers' compensation, state disability and unemployment insurance, meet the requirements of state and federal law.

Interlink Electronics provides the following employee benefits:
Health, Life, Dental & Orthodontics
Health Insurance. Interlink Electronics provides two medical insurance plans, a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan that provides access to doctors and medical services through a provider network and a PPO that allows employees to either choose doctors outside the service network or from the PPO Provider Network. Employees and their eligible dependents can select the plan that best meets the needs of their family.
Life Insurance. Each employee at Interlink Electronics is provided with a life insurance plan that will pay up to two times the employees base salary, up to $500,000.
Dental & Orthodontics. At a minimal cost to our employees, we provide two dental insurance options. Employees can choose either a DHMO plan that allows them to select a dentist from a participating network or a PPO dental plan that makes it possible for employees to continue to use their own dentists—even when they are outside the service network. The DHMO plan is designed to minimize out-of-pocket expenses.
Long Term Disability, 401(k) Plan
Long Term Disability. Interlink Electronics employees can receive up to 67% of their monthly earnings if they become ill and are unable to work for a prolonged period of time. Interlink Electronics pays 100% of the core benefit, which is 60% of an employees monthly earnings. Employees may elect to increase this benefit to the full 67%.
401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan. Interlink Electronics employees may participate in our 401(k) plan after only 90 days of employment. Employees can pay up to 16% of their salaries as pre-tax dollars into their 401(k) retirement account. Interlink will match these contribution 50 cents on the dollar up to a total annual contribution of $500.00. All contributions are vested immediately.
Vacation Benefits, Sick/Kin Care, Holidays
Vacation Benefits. Interlink Electronics provides paid vacations for all eligible employees, so they can enjoy a change of pace, rest, relax and pursue personal goals and interests. Regular full time employees receive two weeks paid vacation per year for the first five years of employment. After 5 years, they receive three weeks of paid vacation per year. After 10 years of service, employees receive one additional day of paid vacation for each year they remain with the company, up to 15 years of employment.
Sick/Kin Care. Regular full-time employees are eligible for sick time pay, which is paid time off for illness, personal business, kin care and other situations when you would not typically receive wages. Employees can accrue up to five days of Sick/Kin care pay.
Holidays. Interlink Electronics stays competitive by offering our employees 12 paid holidays per year.
